Your purchase protection with us is based on two pillars: a 1‑month establishment guarantee and a true‑to‑variety guarantee. On this page we briefly and clearly summarise the conditions, exclusions and the process for making a guarantee claim (which photos and data are needed), so you can avoid unnecessary follow‑up. PharmaRosa® guarantees – overview
For the plants we grow and sell we provide an establishment guarantee and a true‑to‑variety guarantee.
We guarantee that we will send you viable, true‑to‑variety roses. With correct planting and follow‑up care, the plant will develop optimally.
The potted rose has a root system that ensures good ability to establish. Planting is possible at any frost‑free time of the year. Planting must be carried out with due care.

PharmaRosa® guarantees and options
For PharmaRosa® it is especially important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Below we have summarised the guarantees and options we provide for roses purchased in our online shop.
Establishment guarantee
We provide a 1‑month establishment guarantee on our products. If the rose does not shoot or dies despite correct planting and care, you can use your guarantee as follows:
How to submit a guarantee claim
- Please keep your invoice and take photos of the plants when you receive them.
- Plant the roses as soon as possible, in open ground or in a pot of at least 20 litres.
- Take a photo of each planted rose bush individually.
- If the plant dies, please send us an email including:
- the name of the variety,
- the number of plant(s),
- the invoice number,
- photos of the planted and dead plants.
Would you like your guarantee claim to arrive quickly, completely and clearly identifiable?
We can prepare a short, ready‑to‑complete guarantee claim email with your details, so that all the information needed for a refund is definitely included and no time is lost on follow‑up requests.
- Preparing a guarantee claim email with all necessary data and a clear, easy‑to‑follow structure.
- Clarifying the photo list: condition on receipt, planted shrub, dead shrub, label/tag.
- Support for unique identification where there are several plants (variety–quantity–photo matching).
- Consistent provision of bank details and order data for fast processing.
- Requesting all data needed for a refund in an organised way (if required).
- Traceable communication after receipt: clear subject line and case type indication.

The establishment guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- if the plant dies due to drought, frost or incorrect care,
- if the requested photos are not available,
- if climbing and rambler roses are kept in pots.
True‑to‑variety guarantee
We provide a true‑to‑variety guarantee for every rose we sell. If, at the first flowering, it turns out that the plant is not the ordered variety, you can choose from the following options:
- refund of the price of the incorrect variety,
- free replacement with the correct variety.
Please submit your claim to our customer service by email after flowering, supported with photos.
If your claim is submitted more than 6 months after receipt, please also attach:
- the invoice for the purchase,
- a photo of the plants as received,
- the variety identification label.
Would you like complete clarity about the establishment and true‑to‑variety guarantees?
We provide short, practical answers to the guarantee conditions and to the most common questions about planting own‑root, potted roses, so that your decisions and care steps are based on firm foundations.
- Understanding the establishment guarantee: what it covers, when it applies and what counts as correct planting.
- True‑to‑variety guarantee: when it can be confirmed with certainty (first flowering) and in which cases a replacement or refund can be requested.
- Specifics of own‑root, potted roses: root system, regeneration and pace of development after planting.
- Planting times and conditions: frost‑free periods, choice of site, the role of soil and watering in establishment.
- Exclusions and typical mistakes: drought, frost, inadequate care, and the limitations of keeping roses in pots.
- What to watch for until flowering: label, identification, observing the plant and avoiding misidentification.
