We provide establishment and varietal identity guarantees for the plants we grow and supply.

We guarantee to our customers that we dispatch viable, true-to-type roses. With correct planting and aftercare, the plant will establish and perform as expected.

A potted rose has a root system that ensures good establishment.

Planting is possible at any frost-free time of the year.

Planting must be carried out with appropriate care.

Establishment guarantee – 2‑litre potted rose

We provide an establishment guarantee for plants we grow. The root system of a potted rose supports reliable establishment. Planting is possible during any frost-free period of the year.

PharmaRosa® guarantees and options

Your satisfaction is a priority for PharmaRosa®. Below is a summary of the guarantees and options we provide for roses purchased in our online shop.

Establishment guarantee

We offer a 1-month establishment guarantee on our products. If, despite correct planting and care, the rose fails to leaf out or dies, you may claim under the guarantee as follows:

  • Keep the invoice and photograph the plants on receipt.
  • Plant the roses as soon as possible, either into open ground or into a container of at least 20 litres.
  • Photograph each planted rose individually.
  • If a plant dies, please email:
    • the cultivar name,
    • the number of plants,
    • the invoice number,
    • photographs of the planted plants and of the plants that failed.

We will refund the product price.

The establishment guarantee does not apply:

  • in the event of loss due to drought, frost or improper care,
  • where the requested photographs are not available,
  • where climbing and rambler roses are kept in containers.

Varietal identity guarantee

All roses we supply are covered by a varietal identity guarantee. If, at first flowering, the plant proves not to be the ordered cultivar, you may choose from the following options:

  • a refund of the price of the incorrect cultivar,
  • free replacement with the correct cultivar.

Please submit your claim by email to our customer service team after flowering, supported by a photograph.

If your claim is submitted more than 6 months after receipt, please attach:

  • the purchase invoice,
  • a photograph of the plants as received,
  • the varietal identification label.
