Delivery

2–10 working days from the date the order is placed.

Roses are available while stocks last. You can check the availability of specific varieties on our website. Our delivery charges are indicative and calculated by item count and weight; the parcel also contains the invoice for your purchase.

Orders are delivered by the GLS courier service to your address. For identification, your parcel number is always required; on request we will email it to you after dispatch.

Delivery window: on working days 8:00–17:00.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel within 14 days from receipt of the goods. Please notify your intention to cancel in writing at [email protected].

You must return the product promptly, and no later than 14 days from communicating the cancellation. The cost of return is borne by you. Returned plants must be in the condition received and fit for resale.

Once the return has been received, we will refund the full order amount.

Quality claim

If the product arrives in inadequate quality, please report the issue within 48 hours with photographic documentation to [email protected].

You can choose from the following options:

A. Use of the establishment guarantee
  • Duration of the establishment guarantee: 1 month
  • Plant and care for the rose
  • If the plant dies during the guarantee period, we will refund the product price
  • Please send photographic documentation of the failed plants
B. Return of the product in question
  • Return the defective product to us
  • The cost of return is paid by the customer
  • We will refund the price of the plant
C. Destruction of the product in question
  • Do not return the product; dispose of it yourself
  • Please email a photograph of the disposal
  • We will refund the price of the product

To process the refund, please email us:

  • the invoice number or order reference for your order
  • the bank account number required for the refund

Data protection

We inform you that your name, residential address and email address are recorded in our systems and used for sending offers. Under data protection law, you have the right to prohibit the disclosure of your data.

We will continue to use your name, address and email address until you opt out in writing or by phone.
